on the B676, after about 4 miles at the Saxby industrial park turn right (just
before the Wymondham turn) and go over the railway
bridge and then hump back river bridge, the SMR is on your left before you
reach Stapleford village and hotel entrance (unless parking is in use at the

also access the railway on the Saturday June 14th from Melton via
bus link but you will then need to walk on narrow lanes to reach the village. The
bus you require is the Paul James Rutland Flyer
that runs from
The drop
off is at the Saxby corner by the turn off by Stapleford
and Wymondham where there is a bus stop shelter and
is then about 1/2 mile walk to the entrance to the event via the entrance
drive way to the Stapleford hotel. Unfortunately,
there is no public entrance on the main gates nearest the drop off point.
Please note the bus does not run on Sundays nor Bank holidays
